New Dealer Checklist

1) Complete Application & Setup Online Ordering Account

      (Fill out Application Online Here)

     - Enter a username & password you can remember & click CREATE button.

     - Enter billing and shipping information for your orders.

     - Save Account Information.

2) Send us your Credit Card Authorization & proof of business.

     - Fax your business license & credit card authorization to our toll free fax at 888-273-8606 or 217-233-0008.

     - Or email it to mikej @ b1log.com

3) Call us if you haven't heard from someone within 48 hours.

     We need to activate your account once we receive your credit card information and resale
     certificate, this normally can be completed within 24 hours. If you haven't heard from us
     within 48 hours please contact us to confirm we received your information..
