Dealer Terms, Conditions & Helpful Information
Level 1: This pricing is offered to verified dealerships or repair shops placing all orders through our website with monthly volume in excess of $90,000/year.
Level 2: This pricing is offered to verified dealerships or repair shops placing all orders through our website with monthly volume in excess of $10,000/year.
Level 3: This price level is for Fax or Phone Orders with part number, International Accounts, COD Customers and sponsored riders. International orders over $2,000 require pre-payment by bank transfer.
Level 4: This pricing is used for any item ordered by phone, fax or internet without a part number. This pricing level may also be referred to as look up price. Due to Possible look up errors we cannot give out part numbers before the order has been placed. This protects you from paying any restock fee on items we look up for you.
Everyone is Level 1 Program: Single orders over $1000 can use OVER1000 coupon to receive Level1 pricing. Coupon MUST be put in at time of ordering discount cannot be applied after order has been placed.
Other Discounts: Large stocking orders or items with high margin may receive additional discounts. If you plan on placing any single order over $25,000 it is recommended you phone for special pricing.
Fees: $5 handling fee for any order not exceeding $45 when placed, even if over $45 when combined with other orders when shipped. There is a $7.00 Drop Ship Fee on any order shipped to an address other than the dealer address on file. There is a $5 RUSH fee on EXPEDITED orders.
A 5% cost increase has been added to Polaris, Bombardier & Arctic Cat products due to increased inbound costs - all other items are priced from published dealer costs.
We ship UPS, FedEx Ground, FedEx Air and US Postal Service daily. We normally ship your order the same day you place it if your parts are in stock. Special Order items normally ship within 1-3 days. Shipping charges are not quoted in advance and are billed at UPS published rates plus $1 handling per shipment. Careful of ATV fenders the shipping on these items can run over $100! Because many of the items we offer are 'special order' items, we sometimes charge for items when an order is placed. We then must order the products we do not have in stock from the manufacturer or supplier. Because most of our suppliers charge a 20% restock fee on cancelled orders, or returns; we must pass that charge on to you if you cancel your order after placing it with us. WE CHARGE 20% RESTOCK FEE on ALL cancelled orders. There is a minimum $5.00 restock fee on on any order that has been placed then cancelled. Return Authorization can be requested ONLINE through the Customer Service Link. All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RA#) provided by our office and a copy of the invoice. We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of any missing, defective or damaged goods. All items must be in original packaging and be suitable for resale. These terms supersede any terms shown on our invoices, terms on invoices are for retail customers. Returned items MUST be RECEIVED by us no later than 15 Days from Invoice Date! We CHARGE a 20% RESTOCK FEE on Returns. If the reason for the return is our error then full credit will be issued. If returned items were ordered incorrectly or are returned because they are not needed, a restockfee will be charged. Some items may have larger restock fees if we allow a return past the 15 day return period.
All returns must be accompanied by a copy of the original invoice with the returned item(s) circled. All non-damage items must be in original packaging and be suitable for resale. These terms supersede any terms shown on our invoices, terms on invoices are for in-store customers.
THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON ELECTRICAL ITEMS or ITEMS WITH COST < $6.00 per item
Warranty Credit for Electrical Items may be available - request return for information.
Account Credits: Once the RA part is received by World of Powersports and meets our Returns Criteria a refund under the original method of payment will be processed. (Either the Credit Card Charged will be credited, or a Check will be sent to you if originally shipped COD.) We cannot apply the credit to future orders, except in the event of an EXCHANGE. Credits are normally processed on Friday or Saturday so your credit may take up to 10 days to show up after your part has been received. YOU WILL NOT GET CREDIT IF THE ABOVE TERMS ARE NOT FOLLOWED!
PAK Qty: Items will be shipped in the manufacturer's PAK or CASE Quantities at our discretion; always order the quantity you wish to receive; we will increase to PAK quantity if required.
Back Orders: Back Orders will be shipped when received unless cancelled by you. We DO NOT hold orders for Back Order items. Backorder status / cancellations can be made online with the Customer Service Link.
Pricing Errors: All prices on website, catalog or on order confirmation are subject to change without notice. We will make every attempt to contact the customer in the event a price has changed substantially prior to shipping. We reserve the right to charge customer additional amount due, including after item has shipped or cancel order at our discretion. We are not responsible for pricing errors on the website or invoices.
